our Policies are created to ensure that we are a reliable resource for fabricators, manufacturers, and retail customers.

For Custom Projects there will be a standard two week lead time. In most cases projects are completed well before this deadline, but this is our promised turnaround time. For guaranteed faster lead times, accommodations can be made with an added fee.

Drop-offs & Pick-ups

• Drop-offs and Pick-ups must be scheduled during business hours (9am-6p Monday-Friday) unless contacted prior for exception. We cannot promise items will be accepted without contact.

• Only metal items can be powder coated, due to baking.

• Items must be clean and ready for sandblasting prior to drop-off. NO parts with oil, grease, bearings/bushings, etc, will be accepted.

• Items with unusually heavy paint may incur an additional fee.
