CERAKOTE® APPLICATION

Karam Coatings is a Certified Applicator of CERAKOTE®, the leading brand of ceramic coating worldwide! For parts that require a high heat tolerant coating, or a very thin coating, CERAKOTE® may be the answer.

CERAKOTE® is a durable, thin-film coating which offers excellent corrosion, chemical, and impact resistance.  Its heat tolerance is superior to other coatings and its Glacier C-Series can even withstand temperatures up to 1800 degrees.

Due to the thinness of the coating, the substrate (material upon which the coating is applied) needs to be virtually flawless. Unless intentional, the substrate’s textures are much more visible compared to other coatings.

All items can be coated to your preference to make a truly unique product. Artistic, utilitarian and everything in between, we enjoy making an impressive product. Our CERAKOTE® specialist is happy to discuss your next project’s vision. Call/Text (541) 237-8888!

Typical applications: firearm parts of all types, motorcycle exhausts, stove burners, automobile exhaust manifolds, headers and turbos, and parts for the aerospace industry (avionics).

Avionics are one of our specialties and we provide the appropriate certifications and shipping paperwork to ensure our aerospace customers’ confidence.

Although the majority of projects are metal substrates, most series of CERAKOTE® can be cured at 150 degrees and some can even be air-cured.  This allows for the coating of most polymers and plastics as well. Get a hold of us to coat your gaming equipment.

Custom applications of bezels, display chassis’, keyboards, game controllers, mouses, typewriters, light fixtures, grills, metal furniture, furniture pulls, hydrographics, door knobs, hinges, golf clubs, bicycle frames, vents, pharmacy equipment, guitars, brass instruments, and more. We’re excited to see what else we can do. Our scope doesn’t seem to end! Contact us to learn more about your next project. Call/Text (541) 237-8888
